This tenant improvement project focuses on modernizing a dated Victorian-style building. We wanted to clean it up and integrate the concept of bold lines that start to give the space a more distinct and avant-garde look. The scope of work encompasses proposing a new exterior paint scheme for the entire building, installing a new canopy at the entrance, replacing the existing architectural railings, and designing new metal door framing details for the lobby storefront doors. Additionally, the owner requested an upgrade of the building’s standard finishes, including new paint, flooring, ceiling, and general light fixtures. Specialty fixtures were also specified for the building lobby, elevator lobby, and exterior areas.
